What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the city your pool is in, and whatever you tell us about the work you need when you submit a form or message us.
• Basic technical information. Standard server and analytics data such as which pages you viewed and how you reached the site.

How we use it

• To reply to you and quote, schedule or carry out the pool work you asked about.
• To send service updates and, if you agreed to it, occasional offers.
• To keep a record of the job and of your messaging consent.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, we may text you about your request or your service. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP. Full terms are on our Terms page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services — such as customer service or message delivery — is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — for example our customer relationship management system, email delivery and messaging providers — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Email kenney_808@hotmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
