What's going on with your pool?
Pick the closest one. You don't need the right terminology — that's our job.
My pool is green or cloudy
Water that will not clear usually means sanitiser is losing, not that you need more chemicals.
I want dependable weekly service
Same visit, same checks, every week — with notes on what was found.
My pump or filter is not working
Noise, lost prime, high pressure or air in the jets — diagnosed before anything is replaced.
I have stains or calcium buildup
The hard white line on your tile is scale. It needs removing, not more brushing.
I need new pool equipment
Pumps, filters and full equipment pads sized to your pool, installed to be serviceable.
I am not sure what is wrong
Describe what you are seeing. Working out which of those it is costs nothing.

What Mesa homeowners actually say

Kenney is amazing! Three words best describe him and his business: Knowledgeable, Punctual, Thorough, Honest. Ok, that's four words. In the pool industry, it's rare to find all of that with one business and Kenney does! Great service today!

We've had such a great experience with this pool cleaning company! From the very beginning, they've been reliable, professional, and super easy to work with. Our pool always looks crystal clear, and it's such a relief knowing we don't have to worry about keeping up with it ourselves. They show up on time, communicate well, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.

Service Area
Covering the East Valley
Pool water behaves differently across the valley — older plaster in Mesa and Tempe, newer finishes in Gilbert, boom-era equipment coming due in Chandler, harder water toward Queen Creek, and the dust load in Apache Junction.
- Mesa, AZolder established neighborhoods with aging plaster and original equipment pads
- Gilbert, AZnewer builds where the priority is protecting finishes and warranties from day one
- Queen Creek, AZharder fill water that drives calcium scale and more frequent drain cycles
- Chandler, AZboom-era pools now reaching their first major equipment replacement
- Tempe, AZa built-out city of older pools, many of them at rental and investor-owned homes
- Apache Junction, AZheavy desert dust and debris load that overwhelms baskets and filters faster
Answers
Questions before you call
The things people ask us most. If yours isn't here, phone advice costs nothing.
How often should a pool be serviced in Mesa?
Weekly for most Mesa pools. Arizona sun burns off free chlorine quickly and summer water temperatures let algae establish within days, so a seven-day cycle is the practical baseline here. Pools under mature trees or exposed to heavy dust often need more attention through monsoon season.
Are estimates really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. We look at the pool, tell you what it needs, and give you a price before any work starts — with no hidden fees.
Which cities do you serve?
Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Tempe and Apache Junction, plus the surrounding East Valley. If you are just outside those areas, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Do you handle both weekly service and repairs?
Yes — both, in house. That is deliberate: it means the person who knows your pool week to week is the same one diagnosing it when the pump starts making a noise, and you are not waiting on a subcontractor.
My pool has turned green. What happens now?
Most green pools clear within a few days of the first treatment. It usually takes shock, continuous filtration and repeated brushing rather than one visit. If algae has stained the plaster, or the water chemistry is too far gone to correct economically, we will tell you that up front instead of selling you chemicals that will not fix it.
How do I know if I need a repair or a replacement?
It depends on the age of the equipment and what actually failed. A few-year-old pump with a bad seal is usually worth repairing; an older motor that has already been rebuilt once generally is not. We diagnose first and tell you which one you are looking at — including when the honest answer is that a repair only buys you months.
Do you work on commercial pools?
No — residential only, by choice. Focusing on homeowners means routine maintenance, cleaning and repairs get proper attention instead of being scheduled around commercial contracts.
Are you licensed?
All work is performed by properly licensed technicians, so the safety and compliance of repairs and installations is covered.
